Meet Your Instructor

Hi, I’m Jackie, the artist behind Ember Fox Designs and mom of two wild, wonderful boys. I don’t have a formal art degree. I actually went to business school and worked in accounting because people told me creative careers were “too competitive” and “not realistic.” That never stopped me from wanting it. When our first baby was born, I knew I needed a different path—one that let me stay home and still build something of my own. I chose art. I taught myself, piece by piece, and started selling my work online. Since then, my art has: - been sold in Costco, - led to ongoing commissioned pieces with a brand I genuinely love, - and created enough income to let me stay home with our two boys while doing work that lights me up. I created Ember Fox Creative Camp: Digital Art to be the course I wish I had starting out—practical, playful, and focused on real projects instead of overwhelming menus. I’ll walk you through the exact tools and workflows I use so you can sit down with your tablet, press play, and actually finish art you’re proud of. No fancy art school background required. Just a love for creating and a willingness to learn.
